Pancit Batil Patung Festival during the Tuguegarao City Fiesta (Pav-vurulun Festival), August 12, 2013 at Paseo Reale Mall, Tuguegarao City. An annual feast honoring the city's beloved pancit, the activities include contests on pancit eating and pancit cooking. Culminating the event was a free pancit batil patong for the patronizing public.
